Fluent in five languages, he has a proven track record of increasing profitability and maintaining high standards in both front and back of the house operations. Gennaro’s leadership was instrumental in creating our restaurant’s menu, ensuring a perfect balance between quality and cost efficiency. 

Sultan, the dynamic CEO of ARTUR, leads with a visionary approach and a deep passion for culinary excellence. Beginning his journey in the restaurant business in 2011, Sultan has a robust background in business management. He has consistently steered our restaurant towards new heights, focusing on innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable practices. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience while nurturing a positive workplace culture that values every team member.

  Executive Chef Fabio Bianconi, originally from Florence, is renowned for his scrupulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
